Tandem skydiving in Dubai is run from two drop zones: the Palm, with the famous view, and the desert campus, which is cheaper and has more availability. Each jump includes a handcam or outside-camera video package. Weight limits are strict (roughly 100 kg with clothing) and the Palm slots sell out weeks ahead in winter.
